JuiceBox.

I shot this photo on set for the 'Juice Box - Halcyon Days' music video. Nathan Barlow and I directed this video with Juice Box. Lounging around my hot rooftop flat across a week of summer evenings, we drew up the creative and plot to the video together.
 
Ultimately, we were blessed with my friend Sofia Constable Maxwell, who welcomed us into her family home in Scotland and gave us a bit of free reign across the 3 days of shooting. Not to mention Sofia was all the while; giving me backstrap rollie lessons, cooking us family meals and pointing out frames and moments I never would have selected alone.
 
Nathan and I drafted and finalised a daily shotlist in the early hours of the preceding night. Finishing at around 4am and waking at 8am for a 9am start. We were zombies. But 3 days, 6 tons of tobacco and 1,800 midgey bites later we had a fantastic video and a few lovely stills such as this one.
 
I made the photo at around the midpoint of the music video across a handful of scenes in the houses twin living room. Shot few, this was my favourite of them.
